Merv Pratt 

Merv has had a successful 20-year business career, cutting his teeth in the very competitive sales, healthcare and Information Technology sectors. His passion to become an entrepreneur lead him to start his own business ventures, first in the Digital Imaging space were he established a national licensing system for home based business owners. Merv was invited back into the corporate arena, as Sales Director of Australia's first eHealth company. Merv was a key member of the management team that took the company from been privately funded to its Initial Public Offering (IPO)  raising $20 million in the first round and an additional $20 million in the second round.

It was time to build another business, this time in the Luxury Motor Yacht market, selling private and corporate club memberships and fractional ownership. The capital required was substantial, Merv created innovative investment solutions ranging in value from $ 200 to $2 million dollars to attract and provide attractive returns for our investors.

Lou has an extensive corporate background in insurance and financial services, including senior executive management positions with the CGU Group and prior to this with MLC. Lou has held numerous directorships in both large publically listed and private unlisted companies. He has managed operations throughout Australia and New Zealand with revenue in excess of $700 million dollars. He has proven performance in mergers, acquisitions integrating structural change and consulted to many organizations in marketing, compliance and business to business technology.

David Frood

David has a history consulting to big business in sales, organisation structure and performance management for 16 years. Clients include Qantas, Cerebos Foods, HP Australia, Daikin Air-Conditioning, CommSec and Diageo.  

Qualified in Accounting and Marketing, David's goal is to add as much value by assisting client organisations that are ready to raise capital for expansion. David sits on the National Executive of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers. 

Doug Wilkinson

Doug has undertaken a diverse number of senior management and consultancy roles encompassing the electrical industry, state government, marketing, nutricuiticals, capital raising, IT, business development, property development, and mining.   He has been a director of a number of both public and private companies.  

Doug derives great enjoyment assisting people and their enterprises achieve their desired outcomes.
