James Skinner MAICD - Managing director
Experience: James Skinner founded the company and is the Managing Director. He has a background in financial services focused on equity markets and capital structuring. His extensive knowledge of the SME market has lead to the success the Stepping Stone Equity. He specialises in capital raising, corporate governance, advice to boards, company structuring, exit engineering and has held directorships in both the private and public sector.

David Frood
David has a history consulting to big business in sales, organisation structure and performance management for 16 years. Clients include Qantas, Cerebos Foods, HP Australia, Daikin Air-Conditioning, CommSec and Diageo.
Qualified in Accounting and Marketing and a qualified Business Broker, David's goal is to add as much value by assisting client organisations that are ready to raise capital for expansion. David sits on the National Executive of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers.
Jon Arthur - MAICD
Jon has a rural background that cemented solid long term planning skills as an essential part of business survival. Experienced in property, public and private investment through his own companies he has taken an increased involvement with early stage investment. This includes structuring, governance, strategy and becoming investor ready. As a sophisticated investor he is able to see a company from both business and investor viewpoints, enabling the most equitable and successful mix to be implemented. Jon’s emphasis is on building a company’s credibility through it’s actions and structures to ensure it’s longer term success.

Terry Richards
Terry brings considerable corporate management experience to the company holding down numerous senior management positions including Director & General Manager (8 years) of Boral Tyres Pty Ltd, before it was divested from the Boral Group. Previous to that, Terry had 24 years with the Shell Group of Companies working both in Australia and Europe. During this time he held many senior executive management positions which have given him a tremendous background of experience.

Wayne Yeo
Wayne Yeo has a background in finance, corporate governance and deal structuring. While holding various directorships Wayne has had corporate finance experience with one of the top four banks. His experience in finance has coincided with a commercial property background specializing in deal structures and financial modelling. His experience will be utilized by implementing financial revenue models, subsidiary structures, corporate compliance and strategic planning.
